1.35MW Ground Mount Solar Electric Project
This 1.35 MW ground mount system on 7 acres of land at the Livingston, NJ Campus is the largest solar energy facility to be installed on a college campus to-date. At the client’s request, Blue Oak Energy designed the system to accommodate the existing uneven topography of the site, to avoid the extensive earth moving and associated permitting that would have been required to create a smoother grade. The gaps in the array are due to topographic features.
