Ferreria Office Building
223 kW Solar Electric System
Ferreira’s new office building in Branchburg, New Jersey will save approximately 245,000 kWh of electricty per year, making it the first new "Net Zero Electric" commercial building in the eastern United States. Blue Oak Energy designed the photovoltaic system and provided contractor support. The entire rooftop of the new Ferreira building contains photovoltaic solar panels, rated at 223,300 DC Watts.
